By submitting your information to join the Anchor Picks waitlist operated by AnchorStake Inc., a Delaware corporation, you are entering into a legally binding agreement governed by these Waitlist Terms of Service. Your submission of the waitlist registration form constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein, as well as our Waitlist Privacy Notice and any other policies referenced in this document.

These Terms specifically govern your participation in the pre-launch waitlist program for the Anchor Platform, which is a skill-based prediction platform that will operate under a legal sweepstakes model when launched. The waitlist represents an opportunity for interested individuals to express their interest in early access to our platform and to receive updates about our development progress, but participation in the waitlist creates no guarantee of access, no promise of specific features or functionality, and no commitment regarding launch timing or availability in any particular jurisdiction.

To be eligible to join the Anchor Platform waitlist, you must be at least eighteen years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the nature of our upcoming platform, which will involve skill-based predictions and sweepstakes participation that require participants to be of legal age.
