1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anchor Picks (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Platform. We reserve the right to grant or deny access at our sole discretion. Waitlist position does not confer any rights or obligations.

4. Creator Applications

Submitting a creator application does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications based on criteria including but not limited to: audience engagement, content quality, and platform fit. Accepted creators must comply with additional creator guidelines.

5. Platform Description

Anchor Picks is a prediction market platform where creators build and manage markets around sports events and outcomes. The Platform is NOT a sportsbook, casino, or gambling service. Participation in prediction markets involves risk, and users should only participate with amounts they can afford to lose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on the Platform is owned by Anchor Picks or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate markets or outcomes
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor Picks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any losses from participation in prediction markets.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
